Our Design Process
Creating your dream bathroom should feel exciting—not overwhelming. We’re here to take the stress out of the process and guide you every step of the way, making your vision a reality with ease and confidence. Here is a step by step design process.
Step One
Design Discovery
Every exceptional bathroom starts with a meaningful conversation. In your initial consultation—held in our Manchester showroom or virtually—we take the time to understand your vision, style preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
During this session, you’ll explore our curated showroom displays and view examples from our extensive client portfolio, helping you visualise what’s possible for your space. Consultations typically last up to an hour, depending on the number of rooms involved.
Our design consultations are free of charge. We only apply a fee if you wish to take away a copy of the design portfolio without purchasing your bathroom directly through us.
Step Two
Home Survey
Once we’ve aligned on your initial ideas, our design team arranges a home visit to take accurate measurements and assess the space in detail. This is essential for ensuring the design is not only beautiful but also practical and perfectly suited to your home’s layout and infrastructure.
We take note of key architectural features, plumbing access, lighting conditions, and other technical elements that could influence the final design. This visit allows us to refine the concept and ensure every detail is considered before the design work begins.
Step Three
Bespoke Bathroom Design
After visiting your home and gathering detailed measurements, our in-house design team begins crafting your personalised bathroom layout. Using advanced 3D design software, we create a concept that merges your style preferences, functional needs, and the unique characteristics of your space.
This thoughtful design process typically takes around one – two weeks. Once complete, we’ll invite you back to our Manchester showroom for a private viewing of your custom bathroom concept, ready to be brought to life.
Step Four
Design Review & Product Selection
Back in the showroom, we’ll walk you through your tailored design in detail, explaining how each element supports your original brief and complements the layout of your home. This is a collaborative stage—we welcome your feedback, adjustments, and ideas to ensure the final design reflects your vision perfectly.
With a clear design direction in place, we’ll begin curating a product selection that balances both your budget and your aesthetic goals. From fittings and fixtures to finishes and textures, every detail is handpicked to align with the look you want and the quality you expect.
Once you’re completely satisfied, we’ll provide a final quotation and prepare everything for the next step: bringing your dream bathroom to life.
Step Five
Secure Your Dream Bathroom
When you’re ready to bring your vision to life, we’ll ask for a 25% deposit to confirm your booking. This secures your spot in our schedule and kickstarts the planning process.
Once we’ve received your deposit, you’ll receive a detailed design pack. This includes CAD drawings, precise measurements, elevations, and a complete product specification—everything you need to clearly visualise your new bathroom.
You’ll have 14 days to review all the details (excluding bespoke items, which are ordered immediately to avoid delays). After this cooling-off period, we’ll begin sourcing your products and preparing for installation.
